Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and publish job postings for open roles.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for present and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Requirements
- 2 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
