SS Tech Services is looking for an experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist with 5+ years of experience who has independently handled the complete HR function in a small or mid-sized organization.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with companies serving the US market, such as Digital Marketing, Medicare, Lead Generation, BPO, IT Services, or similar US-focused businesses.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, policies, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day HR operations independently.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across different departments.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate directly with management.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage offer rollout, joining formalities, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling.
- Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including KRAs, KPIs,



appraisals, and employee reviews.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, incentives, deductions, and other employee data.
- Maintain HR MIS and recruitment reports.
- Manage exit formalities and exit interviews.
- Support workforce planning and manpower budgeting.
- Maintain smooth communication between employees and management.
- Build and maintain a positive, professional, and employee-friendly workplace culture.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Must have experience handling multiple HR functions independently.
- Strong preference for candidates who have managed the complete HR function in a small or mid-sized organization.
- Experience in a US-focused business/process is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience with payroll coordination and HR MIS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Strong problem-solving and people-management abilities.
- Comfortable coordinating directly with management.
- Must be comfortable with the 12:30 PM 9:30 PM shift.
