- Recruit and hire permanent & temporary staff.
- Manage manpower requirements for wedding events.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave and HR records.
- Handle employee discipline and performance.
- Conduct interviews, joining and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a reliable temporary manpower database.
- Coordinate staff training and development.
- Handle employee concerns and resolve issues.
- Implement company HR policies and procedures.
- Report recruitment and employee status to management.
Key Requirement: 3+ years HR experience, preferably in catering, hospitality, hotel or event industry.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
