Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred design, develop, and maintain engaging, high-performance digital experiences on the HubSpot platform. The role involves translating UI/UX designs into clean, responsive, and accessible web pages, along with backend configurations, API integrations, and SEO optimization to support business growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Web Development: Build and maintain websites, landing pages, blogs, and email templates using HubSpot CMS.
- Custom Coding: Develop custom themes, templates, and responsive modules using HubL, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern JavaScript.
- Data & Energetic Content: Implement HubDB tables, dynamic content, and CRM property mappings.
- Integrations & Automation: Develop and manage HubSpot API integrations, private apps, webhooks, and serverless functions using Node.js.
- Performance & SEO: Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, structured schema markup, and technical SEO.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Design,



and Sales teams to support campaigns, CRM workflows, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure cross-browser, cross-device, and accessibility compatibility.

Core Requirements & Skills
- 3+ years of web development experience, with strong hands-on experience in HubSpot CMS development .
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and HubL .
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Design Manager, custom modules, themes, HubDB, and local development tools .
- Experience with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, private apps, and serverless functions .
- Strong understanding of responsive/mobile-first design, website performance, and technical SEO .
- Good problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have
- Experience with React.js or Vue.js .
- HubSpot CMS for Developers certification.
- Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify .
