We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting the organization's hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Freshers with solid communication skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
