Role Description The HR Recruiter is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various positions within STEMbotix. The HR Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, draft job descriptions, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical, educational, and operational roles.

Daily tasks include posting job openings, managing recruitment portals and social media channels, scheduling interviews, supporting offer negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will also assist with onboarding activities, support employer branding initiatives, and contribute to HR data reporting and process improvement.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience with recruitment tools, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to organize workloads,



manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and basic labor regulations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced EdTech or start-up setting; interest in STEM or education is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.

- Problem-Solving and Employee Handling skills: Capability to address employee queries professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools: Knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and basic HR documentation processes.
- Adaptability and Learning mindset: Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Location: Gandhinagar/Ahemdabad (On-site) (Randesan, Gandhinagar)/ Sector -26 GIDC.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, BBA, B.Com, Management, or a related field.

Experience: 1 to 1.5 years preferred

Grade: Junior Executive

Budget: 2-3 LPA (Candidates agreed on given budget should ONLY apply)
