Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Sector-62, Noida.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will handle full-life cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent.



They will develop and implement strategies for employer branding, collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, and manage the interview and hiring process effectively. The role also involves monitoring recruitment metrics to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Full Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Experience with interviewing and hiring candidates
- Familiarity with Employer Branding and strategies to attract diverse talent
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
