Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with hands-on recruitment experience gained specifically within a recruitment consultancy, staffing firm, or recruitment agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Work on multiple positions and meet defined hiring targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience as an HR Recruiter in a recruitment firm/consultancy is mandatory.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
- Graduate preferred.
