We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented
HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and hiring suitable candidates across various functions within the real estate industry
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from requirement to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with HODs and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiation, offers, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Real Estate hiring experience preferred.
- Solid sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Excel, and MS Office.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institution.
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
