: We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a robust talent pipeline. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain candidate records, recruitment reports, and hiring trackers. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
