We operate across regulated pharmacy and health supplements, bringing together clinicians, pharmacists, engineers and designers to make treatment and everyday wellbeing genuinely accessible. Our pharmacy services are GPhC registered and clinician led, with patient safety governing every decision before commercial ones get a hearing.

We are a fast paced team moving quickly in a heavily regulated space. That combination is the interesting part, and it is why we care as much about clinical governance and compliance as we do about product and growth.

The role

We are scaling the marketing, growth and technology teams behind our UK pharmacy and supplement brands, and we need a recruiter based in India to own that hiring end to end. You will be the first dedicated recruiter in the group, hiring SEO, PPC, affiliate, marketplace, content, design and development talent, primarily for our remote India team, with some UK based roles.

This is a hands on role. You will source, screen, interview, offer and onboard, and build the process and tooling as you go. You need to already know what good looks like in UK online pharmacy marketing: the channels that work in a regulated category, the compliance constraints marketers have to operate under, and how to tell a genuinely credible candidate from a polished CV.

What you will do

- Own the full recruitment cycle for marketing, growth and tech roles across OVIO brands, from brief to first day
- Hire across SEO, PPC, affiliates, Amazon and marketplaces, content, email and CRM, design, and web and app development
- Partner with UK hiring managers to write briefs, define scorecards and run structured interviews
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn,



Naukri, Indeed, freelancer networks and direct sourcing
- Write compelling job adverts and manage postings across the right boards for each role
- Screen for regulated sector fit: candidates who understand MHRA, ASA and GPhC advertising rules and can grow within them
- Manage offers, contracts, onboarding and induction for India based hires, and support UK hires where needed
- Set up and maintain an ATS and recruitment reporting (time to hire, pipeline health, source effectiveness)
- Support wider HR admin as the team grows: policies, employee records, probation reviews and basic employee relations

What you need

- Proven experience recruiting marketing, ecommerce or digital roles for a UK online pharmacy, telehealth or regulated healthcare brand
- Strong grasp of digital marketing disciplines and how to assess them: SEO, PPC, affiliate, marketplace, content, CRM, design and development
- Understanding of the compliance environment UK pharmacy marketers work in, and why it changes who you hire
- Confident running the full cycle independently, including sourcing, screening and offer negotiation
- Experience hiring and managing HR documentation for remote teams in India working for overseas companies
- Organised, direct and comfortable moving at pace in a small team where you set things up yourself
- Excellent written and spoken English, and comfortable working UK hours overlap

Nice to have

- Experience recruiting for GLP-1, weight management or DTC health brands
- Familiarity with an ATS such as Workable, Teamtailor or Greenhouse
- HR qualification or certification
