We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate fit, and coordinate with hiring teams.
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics, including TAT and hiring reports.
- Maintain and update candidate database with accurate records, and support employer branding and HR initiatives.
Required Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously, and a proactive, detail-oriented, result-driven mindset. Experience hiring for diverse roles across functions is an added advantage.
