We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle employee joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
- Assist in payroll and salary-related activities.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. An MBA/PG in HR is an added advantage.
