We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and assess candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database/ATS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate offer discussions with selected candidates.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques,
and market talent availability.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Experience with LinkedIn and job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and a genuine interest in recruitment may also apply.
