Homy is a home-chef service platform that connects customers with professional chefs to provide personalised, healthy, and convenient home-cooked meals.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard Home Chefs as per Homy’s requirements.
- Source candidates through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and job portals.
- Screen chefs based on cooking skills, experience, location, availability, and customer requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate chef trials/interviews.
- Maintain a database of available and onboarded chefs.
- Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
- Build a strong pipeline of chefs for different locations and cuisines.
- Achieve weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in field, hospitality, domestic staff, chef, or blue-collar recruitment is preferred.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of local areas and candidate sourcing.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
