Role Description This is a full-time, in office HR Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment, including understanding hiring needs, drafting job postings, sourcing talent, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, facilitating selection processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

The HR Recruiter will maintain and update recruitment databases, collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning, and support employer branding initiatives. The position may also include assisting with HR documentation, basic employee engagement activities,



and compliance with company hiring policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, such as clear verbal and written communication, relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers, and professional negotiation capabilities.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, time management, documentation management, and effective use of applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to assess candidate fit, interpret hiring data, and propose improvements to recruitment processes.
- Candidates should possess basic HR knowledge, such as understanding of HR policies, onboarding practices, and compliance with relevant labor and employment regulations.
- Relevant qualifications may include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with the education or overseas consulting industry, proficiency with MS Office and online recruitment platforms, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
