We are looking for an energetic and responsible Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates throughout the joining process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and local recruitment channels.

- Handle high-volume recruitment for blue-collar positions.

- Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, location, and availability.

- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and explain job roles, salary, perks, and work conditions.

- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and the hiring team.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and selection status.

- Complete pre-joining follow-ups and support candidates until joining.

- Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers in Excel/HR systems.





- Coordinate document collection and verification as required.

- Build and maintain a database of suitable candidates for future requirements.

- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and update hiring status.

- Achieve recruitment targets within the given timelines.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred.

- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle high-volume calling and candidate follow-ups.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

- Willingness to handle blue-collar recruitment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
