- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and identify staffing needs.

- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.

- Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.

- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines via an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Negotiate job offers, compensation, and benefits packages with chosen applicants.

- Promote employer branding to maintain a positive candidate experience. [1, 2]

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS software and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions.

- Soft Skills: Robust verbal communication, active listening, and time-management abilities.

- Knowledge: Basic understanding of local employment laws and fair hiring practices

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
