Job Role HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive We are hiring HR Recruiters for a full-time, work-from-office position. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Freshers will receive training and guidance in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Recruitment Key Responsibilities

Handle the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, databases, and other channels.

Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.

Contact candidates through calls and messages and explain job opportunities.

Conduct initial telephonic screening/interviews.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with the concerned teams.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview results and joining.

Ensure regular follow-up with selected candidates until joining.

Candidate Management Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.

Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Maintain qualified communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Assist the HR/recruitment team with daily hiring activities.

Target Achievement Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Monitor recruitment progress and follow up regularly to meet hiring requirements.

Candidate Requirements Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.





Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.

Confidence while communicating with candidates.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, consultancy, telecalling, or business development is an added advantage.

For Freshers Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.

No Extensive Recruitment Experience Is Required. Training and guidance will be provided.

Candidates will learn candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and the overall recruitment process.

For Experienced Candidates Candidates with experience in HR Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Recruitment Consultancy, Telecalling, or Business Development can apply. Salary and incentives may depend on relevant experience, communication skills, and performance.
