HR Recruiter

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Blue Collar and Manufacturing positions.

- Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, WhatsApp, referrals, and social media.

- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Manage bulk hiring for ITI, Diploma, and Engineering candidates.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/companies.

- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.

- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment MIS.

- Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

- Handle candidate queries and provide necessary information regarding job opportunities.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

Job Details

- Location: Porur, Chennai.

- Experience: 1–3 Years.

- Salary:



₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, based on experience.

- Timing: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM.

- Working Days: Monday–Saturday.

- Industry: Manufacturing / Staffing.

- Employment Type: Full-Time.

- Immediate Joiners: Preferred.

Requirements

- Education: Any Graduate.

- Experience: 1–3 years of HR Recruitment experience.

- Experience in Blue Collar / Manufacturing recruitment is preferred.

- Positive communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with candidate calling and target-based recruitment.

- Knowledge of Apna, Naukri, and social media sourcing is an advantage.

- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, follow-up, and coordination skills.
