We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a focus on IT/SAP hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and communication skills and be comfortable working with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates against Job Descriptions.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Conduct candidate due diligence, including experience, availability, location, and joining commitment.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Support candidates through the offer and joining process.
Required Skills
- IT/SAP recruitment experience or strong interest in technology hiring.
- Resume screening and JD-to-profile matching.
- Candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication.
- Good stakeholder and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
Preferred
Exposure to SAP ABAP, Fiori, BTP/CAPM, Functional, .NET, MAUI, NodeJS, or React recruitment would be an advantage.
