- Comfortable owning end-to-end hiring, sourcing, screening, coordinating
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Stipend: ₹7,000 - ₹15,000 (based on experience)

We're looking for a driven HR & People Operations Intern to help us hire fast, build culture, and put the right people in the right seats as we scale.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

- Own active hiring pipelines across multiple roles, sourcing to offer
- Prospect candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and through referrals
- Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and keep pipelines moving

KPIs, KRAs & Performance Frameworks

- Help design and implement KPIs and KRAs for roles across the company




- Work with the founding team to define what great performance looks like per function
- Build simple, visible tracking systems that create team accountability

Onboarding & People Ops

- Build structured onboarding experiences for new hires
- Coordinate tool access, paperwork, and first-week plans
- Make sure every new team member feels set up to succeed from day one

HR Systems & Process Building

- Document repeatable workflows and turn them into SOPs
- Build and maintain trackers, offer status, records, onboarding checklists
- Spot where manual HR work can be replaced by smarter tools

Culture & Internal Communication

- Support team communication around policies, benefits, and updates
- Help build a workplace people genuinely enjoy being part of
