HR Operations Executive

OCU is looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive to support our global HR operations model from India. You will work closely with the UK HR Systems Lead, supporting accurate and efficient HR systems and people data across the employee lifecycle.

This is a hands-on HR operations role combining HR systems administration, data management, reporting and day-to-day support for employees and managers.

Role & responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems
- Manage HR lifecycle administration, including joiners, changes and leavers
- Complete data checks, reporting and HR system housekeeping
- Prepare HR documents, reports and basic presentations
- Support absence and leave administration
- Respond to HR queries and provide day-to-day HR operations support
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
- Work with HR colleagues across different regions and time zones
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems

What we're looking for:

- Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate professionally with UK-based colleagues and stakeholders




- 3-5 years' skilled experience in HR operations or HR administration
- Strong hands-on experience with HR systems / HRIS
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Experience supporting UK-based or international teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently to deadlines
- Comfortable learning recent systems and tools quickly
- Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential employee information

Desirable

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar HR platform
- Familiarity with UK HR practices or terminology
- Experience in a high-growth or scaling business
- SHRM or CIPD qualification, or working towards one

Salary: 6 LPA Working pattern: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday at Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru.
