Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager – Plant HR

Job Purpose:

To manage Plant HR operations, manpower, employee relations, statutory compliance and HR processes in an EU-GMP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle.
- Attendance, leave, payroll inputs, HRMS and employee records.
- Employee relations, grievances and shop-floor HR.
- Contract labour and contractor compliance.
- PMS, KRA/KPI, confirmation, appraisal and employee development.
- GMP/HR training, induction and training documentation.
- HR documentation, SOPs and records as per EU-GMP requirements.
- Support EU-GMP, regulatory and customer audits.




- Statutory labour law compliance.
- HR MIS – manpower, absenteeism, attrition, recruitment and training.
- Employee engagement, welfare and Reward & Recognition.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR / Personnel Management Experience: 10 to 14 years in Plant HR, preferably in Pharmaceutical / EU-GMP regulated manufacturing.
