We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to independently manage and oversee HR operations across multiple sites/projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, HR policies, training, and HR MIS.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple sites/projects, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

- Guide and support site-level HR teams in recruitment and HR operations.

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, attendance, and leave records across locations.

- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data and statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, etc.

- Develop and standardize HR policies, processes, and SOPs across sites/projects.

- Design and implement the Performance Management System (PMS), including KRA setting, appraisal cycles, and timely closure.

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and escalations, ensuring fair and timely resolution.

- Monitor non-conformance, deviation management, and chronic absenteeism in coordination with department heads.





- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements and maintain audit-ready records.

- Oversee HR administration and related administrative functions.

- Plan and execute the training calendar, including leadership and skill-development programs.

- Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, and management reports, including attrition and workforce analytics.

- Coordinate effectively with site HoDs, department heads, and senior management.

- Lead, mentor, and monitor a small team of site/project-level HR executives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management.

- 5 - 15 years of relevant HR experience.

- Proven experience independently managing HR functions across multiple sites/projects.

- Candidates with Real Estate industry experience will be preferred.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, PMS, labour laws, and statutory compliance.

- Robust communication, interpersonal, leadership, and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations/projects.

- ERP exposure will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
