Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle HR operations and employee-related activities in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in manpower management, employee relations, payroll coordination and labour compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment and workforce deployment.
- Manage attendance, leave, shifts and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee joining, onboarding, documentation and exit formalities.
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling.
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
- Manage contract labour and manpower vendors.
- Maintain HR records, registers and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, training and employee development.
- Handle disciplinary matters and workplace policies.
- Coordinate factory administration and employee facilities.




- Prepare HR MIS, manpower and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and other departments.
- Support employee engagement, retention and workplace discipline.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
