Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on candidate's experience)

Position Summary The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance/payroll management, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role serves as a key bridge between management and employees to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Selection: Source candidates through job portals, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage the complete hiring process.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle complete joining formalities, orientation, document verification, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlements.
- Attendance & Payroll Assistance: Track employee leaves/attendance and coordinate with the accounts team for accurate salary processing.




- Employee Relations & Engagement: Organize internal engagement activities, resolve employee grievances, and maintain a healthy work culture.
- HR Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee database files and ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR (MBA - HR preferred) or related field.
- Experience: 1 to 4+ years in core HR operations or recruitment.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HRMS software (e.g., Zoho, Darwinbox, Keka) and proficiency in MS Excel/Office.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, empathy, and professional ethics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
