Roles & Responsibility:

Manage complete HR operations for the resort and convention center.

Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding and employee induction.

Manage staffing requirements across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen, Banquets, Engineering, Security and Administration.

Handle employee relations, grievance management and disciplinary procedures.

Manage attendance, leave, shift schedules and HR documentation.

Coordinate payroll, statutory compliance, PF, ESI and labor law requirements.

Conduct employee training, performance management and development programs.

Manage manpower planning and workforce requirements for banquets, conferences, weddings and events.

Improve employee engagement, retention and workplace culture.

Prepare HR MIS reports and coordinate with senior management.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and hospitality industry standards.
