About the Role

Dr. Rajiv Clinic is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong people-management skills and preferably experience in a clinic, hospital, healthcare, or service-based organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, clinical staff, front-office, administrative, and support staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee guidelines.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, performance management, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements, wherever applicable.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR MIS.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and workplace policies.
- Support performance appraisal and salary revision processes.
- Manage employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.




- Coordinate with payroll/accounts team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Prepare regular HR reports and MIS for management.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in healthcare/clinic/hospital will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
- Ability to independently manage HR functions and work closely with senior management.
- Mature, organized, confidential, and people-oriented approach.
