Maharshi Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations activities. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, HR documentation, employee coordination, and campus hiring in a technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Assist in offer rollout and joining coordination.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Recruitment & HR Operations
- Maintain daily recruitment records and hiring MIS.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and joining.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining HR-related documents.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee and candidate records accurately.
Campus Hiring & Employer Branding
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, and placement cells.
- Support internship and campus recruitment activities.
- Assist in building candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Support HR and employer branding activities on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Employee Coordination
- Assist employees with basic HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM – HR preferred.
- BBA / B.Com / BA / Any Graduate with an interest in Human Resources.
