We are looking for an HR Intern – Talent Acquisition who is energetic, organized, and genuinely interested in people and recruitment. You will work closely with the HR and hiring teams to support the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and maintaining recruitment records.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
- Post and manage job openings.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Support offer, documentation, and onboarding activities.
What You Bring
- Pursuing/recently completed degree in HR, Management, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
