We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern (Talent Acquisition) to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Support onboarding and documentation processes.

Assist with internship and employee coordination.

Participate in HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Support the end-to-end talent acquisition process.

Achieve assigned recruitment and onboarding targets.

Eligibility





Students or fresh graduates interested in pursuing a career in HR/Talent Acquisition.

Any degree background can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools.

Active on LinkedIn and other professional platforms is an added advantage.

Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
