About the Role

Dingle Home Assistant is looking for an energetic and responsible HR & Recruitment Intern to support our growing home-service team. The intern will primarily handle continuous recruitment of cooking and cleaning staff and assist with payroll and employee-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Continuously source and recruit cooking and cleaning staff.
- Post job vacancies on social media, job portals, WhatsApp groups, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, document verification, and onboarding.
- Maintain an updated database of available and active staff.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Track staff attendance and working hours.
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation and verification.
- Check attendance, working hours, incentives, deductions, and other payroll-related information.
- Maintain basic employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding staff availability and requirements.




- Help ensure that Dingle always has sufficient trained cooking and cleaning staff available.

Requirements
- Students or freshers interested in HR, recruitment, or operations are welcome.
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Prior HR or recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Performance-Based Stipend ₹4,000 – ₹8,000 per month, depending on performance, recruitment results, consistency, and overall contribution.
