We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is a excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and databases.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support day-to-day hiring activities.
Requirements Must-Have
- Freshers or candidates with an interest in HR/Recruitment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
