We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of HR expertise and a strong understanding of IT recruitment. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, employee engagement, attendance, and office-related events while addressing employee concerns to foster a positive work workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on IT roles such as PHP, Laravel, WordPress, CSS, HTML, and more.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for technical roles.
- Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline and databases.
- Payroll and Attendance:
- Oversee and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and other employee data.
- Employee Engagement and Problem Solving:
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and providing resolutions.
- Organize and coordinate office events to boost employee morale and engagement.
- HR Administration:




- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and handle onboarding/offboarding processes.

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of HR experience, preferably with expertise in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and requirements for IT roles (e.g., PHP, Laravel, WordPress, CSS, HTML).
- Hands-on experience with payroll management and attendance systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to address employee concerns and foster a positive work culture.
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
