What you’ll actually do:

- Sourcing & Screening: Actively hunt for top-tier digital marketers, tech talent, and creatives on LinkedIn and job portals.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the end-to-end scheduling process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every candidate.
- Onboarding Execution:



Run our orientation process so recent hires feel welcome and are set up for success on day one.
- Daily HR Operations: Support the core functions—managing attendance, leave tracking, basic payroll inputs, and maintaining employee records.
- Culture Champion: Help organize team events, celebrate milestones, and keep the energy high in the office.

Who you are: You are organized, approachable, and love getting things done. You have 3 to 5 years of solid HR ops and recruitment experience and aren't afraid to pick up the phone to screen a candidate. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and want a role where you can take ownership of your tasks without needing to be micromanaged.
