Hiring – HR Executive / Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive / Recruiter who can independently manage recruitment as well as day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Staff, Helpers, and other F&B; staff and should be comfortable managing attendance, salary calculations, and internal HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Staff, Helpers, and other F&B; positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with management for final selection.
- Maintain a candidate database and ensure regular follow-ups until joining.
- Handle urgent and bulk hiring requirements for outlets and franchise locations.
- Manage employee attendance and daily attendance tracking.
- Handle leave management and monitor employee absenteeism.
- Coordinate with employees and managers regarding attendance, shifts, leaves, and other HR-related concerns.
- Maintain proper records of new joiners, exits, transfers, and other employee movements.
- Prepare monthly salary calculations based on attendance, leaves, late marks, overtime, deductions, and advances.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience in F&B;, hospitality, retail, or high-volume recruitment will be preferred.
- Must have experience hiring Chefs, Cooks, Helpers, Kitchen Staff, and other outlet-level employees.
- Good understanding of attendance management and salary calculation.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
