Infinity Tenders Private Limited is a growing company providing Government Tender, GeM, and End-to-End Tender Management Services to businesses across India.
We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with management and different departments regarding HR requirements.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR activities.
- Assist in maintaining company HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment records.
- Support employee engagement and performance-related activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, professional approach, and willingness to learn.
