- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and professional roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate hiring manager interviews and selection activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support bulk hiring campaigns and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
- Coordinate pre-joining activities and onboarding of new employees.
What We're Looking For Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an advantage.
Experience
- 3 to 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong exposure to engineering, construction, infrastructure, BIM, GIS,
digital construction, or technical recruitment.
- Experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment is highly preferred.
- Candidates with proven experience in APAC recruitment are preferred, including end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple countries within the Asia-Pacific region. Experience managing cross-border hiring, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder engagement across diverse markets will be an advantage.
