Role & responsibilities

- 3-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing
- Mandatory: Experience in a Service-Based IT Company
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment for Developers, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, Full Stack, Cloud, and other technical roles
- Robust expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms
- Experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Experience in handle Technical calls with the Technical panel in interview.

Preferred candidate profile Completed an MBA and have experience in IT recruitment.

Must be available to attend a face-to-face interview in Bangalore.
