Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT professionals, including sourcing candidates through various channels.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with company requirements.

- Coordinate onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the team.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment cycle.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Executive role.

- Robust understanding of IT industry trends and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
