You will collaborate closely with internal IT and business teams to set up new hires, manage Workday HRIS employee records, drive employee engagement events, and support special HR projects under direct mentorship from senior HR leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate new hire onboarding workflows, including welcome kit preparation, orientation scheduling, IT equipment logistics, and Day 1 documentation completion.





- Guide new employees through essential Workday tasks and conduct initial HR orientation sessions.

- Maintain digital employee files and ensure end-to-end data accuracy within the Workday HRIS platform.

- Support the planning, execution, and communication of team-building events, internal town halls, and HR newsletters.

- Assist HR business partners with country-specific human resources projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Handle sensitive employee and company data with strict confidentiality and qualified discretion.
