Housekeeping Supervisor (Mall & IT Campus)

Role Overview The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees cleaning operations, ensuring hygiene standards across IT campuses. The role requires effective staff supervision, complaint handling, and coordination with facility teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Staff Supervision – Manage housekeeping team, mark attendance, assign duties area-wise, and monitor grooming/performance daily.
- Cleaning Checks – Ensure workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, cafeterias are clean. Conduct conference room checks before 9 AM and after meetings.
- Inventory Control – Track and replenish cleaning supplies, consumables, and PPE. Raise indents before stock finishes.
- Shift Scheduling – Prepare weekly duty rosters, arrange relievers for absent staff, and align manpower with client standards.
- Complaint Handling – Resolve employee, guest, or client housekeeping issues quickly. Log complaints and closure status daily.
- Safety & Compliance – Ensure protected chemical handling, dilution, labeling, and adherence to EHS norms, 5S, and PPE usage.




- Coordination – Work with Admin, Security, Engineering, and Food Vendor teams for smooth operations.
- Event & VIP Visit Support – Arrange pre-event cleaning, seating, and housekeeping setup. Coordinate with food vendors. Ensure post-event cleanup.
- Other Duties – Monitor garbage disposal, prepare snag lists and follow up, check canteen/dining/restrooms every 2 hours, and submit daily reports with before/after photos.

Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of housekeeping/facility management experience (mall or IT campus preferred).
- Knowledge of cleaning SOPs, chemicals, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
