Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure cleanliness of the café floor, dining area, kitchen support areas, washrooms, staff areas, storage areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness as per company SOPs.
- Prepare and allocate daily housekeeping duties and staff schedules.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and work performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of all housekeeping areas and ensure timely corrective action.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of tables, chairs, floors, glass, doors, washrooms, and other surfaces.
- Monitor availability and proper usage of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain housekeeping inventory and raise requirements for cleaning materials on time.
- Ensure protected handling, storage, and usage of cleaning chemicals.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, Kitchen, Service,



and other departments regarding cleanliness requirements.
- Ensure washrooms are regularly cleaned, sanitized, and adequately stocked.
- Handle housekeeping complaints and resolve cleanliness-related issues promptly.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, safety, and SOPs.
- Maintain housekeeping checklists and daily cleaning records.
- Ensure deep-cleaning activities are completed as per the scheduled plan.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the concerned department.
- Ensure compliance with company hygiene, safety, and housekeeping policies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Minimum 12th pass; hospitality-related certification/diploma will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
