German Language Requirement A1–A2 level (basic conversational German). Must communicate effectively with German-speaking guests and staff regarding room maintenance, guest requests, and operational coordination. Core Responsibilities

- Perform deep cleaning and routine maintenance of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to five-star hospitality standards
- Execute turndown service, room inspections, quality assurance checks, and preventive maintenance tasks • Coordinate with reception and management on room status, occupancy, urgent maintenance issues, and guest preferences
- Handle light reception duties including guest check-in/check-out assistance, phone inquiries, and information requests
- Prepare and serve breakfast offerings, manage dining areas, and explicit/refresh spaces between seatings




- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with German employment regulations and company standards
- Respond to guest requests and complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and prompt action
- Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, and housekeeping concerns to management immediately
- Work collaboratively with other Hosts to meet operational deadlines and guest satisfaction metrics
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; coordinate restocking as needed
