About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Housekeeping Assistant for a premium villa/Airbnb property in Alibag, Maharashtra.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the villa and ensuring that the property is properly prepared before guests arrive.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, balconies, and common areas.
- Ensure the villa is thoroughly cleaned and guest-ready before every check-in.
- Change and maintain bed linen, towels, curtains, and other housekeeping items.
- Clean bathrooms and replenish toiletries and guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and sanitize the property regularly.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas, wherever required.
- Check rooms after guest check-out for cleanliness, damages, or missing items.
- Report any damage, maintenance issue, or missing property items to the Villa Caretaker/Manager.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies, cleaning materials, linen, and toiletries.
- Assist in laundry, ironing, and proper storage of linen.
- Coordinate with the Villa Caretaker regarding daily cleaning schedules and guest requirements.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the property.
- Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures.




- Provide courteous assistance to guests whenever required.
- Support other household/property-related duties as assigned by the Villa Manager.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience is required.
- Experience in villa, Airbnb, holiday home, resort, hotel, guest house, or luxury property preferred.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning procedures.
- Should be hardworking, honest, reliable, and well-disciplined.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Should have a polite and helpful attitude towards guests.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should be comfortable with a live-in role.
- Candidates with experience in private villas or Airbnb properties will be given preference.
