Position: Hostel Caretaker

Department: Hostel Administration

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily hostel operations and maintain discipline.

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel premises.

- Monitor student attendance, entry, and exit.

- Address students’ day-to-day concerns and provide necessary assistance.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and administration teams.

- Ensure hostel rules and safety protocols are followed.

- Maintain records of hostel residents, visitors, and incidents.

- Report maintenance issues, emergencies, or disciplinary concerns to the concerned authority.

- Handle basic administrative and supervisory duties related to hostel management.

Eligibility:

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred.

- Previous experience in hostel, residential, school, college, or facility management is preferred.

- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Responsible, disciplined, and approachable.

- Ability to handle emergencies and work flexible hours when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
