Looking for a hotel operations qualified with hands-on PMS experience to test our Hotel PMS from a real hotel user's perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test hotel booking, check-in/check-out, room allocation, billing, payments, housekeeping and reports.

- Identify bugs, errors and operational gaps.

- Report issues clearly to the technology team.

- Retest fixes and suggest practical improvements.

- Help create PMS testing scenarios and SOPs.

Eligibility:

- 3 years of hotel operations experience.

- Experience in Front Office / Reservations / Night Audit / Hotel Operations.

- Hands-on experience with any Hotel PMS.

- Good computer skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
