Role Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented Homologation Engineer responsible for vehicle homologation and certification activities, ensuring vehicles and components comply with applicable AIS, CMVR, ARAI, ICAT, BIS and other regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end vehicle homologation and certification activities

✅ Prepare and review homologation documents, technical specifications and compliance reports

✅ Coordinate with ARAI, ICAT and other regulatory agencies for testing and certification

✅ Interpret and apply AIS, CMVR and applicable automotive regulations

✅ Coordinate vehicle/component testing to ensure regulatory compliance

✅ Support Type Approval, COP (Conformity of Production)



and certification activities

✅ Review test reports and identify compliance gaps

✅ Collaborate with R&D;, Design, Testing, Validation, Manufacturing and Quality teams

✅ Track regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing and new vehicle programs

✅ Support preparation of technical files, drawings, BOMs and other certification documents

Required Skills

? Strong knowledge of Automotive Homologation & Certification

? Valuable understanding of AIS / CMVR regulations

? Experience with ARAI / ICAT certification processes

? Knowledge of vehicle regulations related to safety, emissions, dimensions, lighting and braking

? Experience in Type Approval and COP activities

? Good documentation and coordination skills

? Knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle architecture
