Key Responsibilities

- Administer IV / IM / SC injections safely.

- Provide wound dressing and dressing changes.

- Support elderly and bedridden patient care.

- Assist with oxygen therapy and nebulization.

- Support diabetes management and insulin administration.

- Monitor and record patient vitals and clinical observations.

- Follow strict infection control and biomedical waste disposal protocols.

- Obtain patient identity, consent, and procedure confirmation before clinical activities.

- Maintain accurate visit records through the Zypheal mobile app.

- Escalate clinical concerns or patient deterioration to the on-call virtual doctor.

- Travel within the assigned PIN-code/geographical zone for scheduled home visits.

- Maintain a professional, calm, and reassuring bedside manner.

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in hospital, clinic, or home healthcare.

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or recognized equivalent qualification.

- Valid State Nursing Council registration/license in valuable standing.

- Comfortable working independently at patients’ homes.

- Strong communication and patient-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned zone.

- 2-wheeler preferred.

- Basic smartphone/app literacy for scheduling and documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
